1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in competitions operated by TTCompetitions LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). By entering any competition, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
All competitions operated by TTCompetitions LTD are skill-based prize competitions and are not lotteries.
2. Eligibility
- Entrants must be 18 years or older
- Must be a resident of the United Kingdom
- Employees of TTCompetitions LTD and their immediate family members may not enter
- We reserve the right to request proof of identity and age before awarding any prize
Failure to provide valid ID when requested may result in disqualification.
3. How to Enter
To enter a competition:
- Select the competition
- Purchase entry ticket(s)
- Correctly answer the required skill-based question
Entries submitted without the correct answer will not qualify.
We reserve the right to refuse or disqualify any entry suspected of fraud or abuse.
4. Skill-Based Requirement
Each competition includes a genuine skill-based question designed to ensure compliance with UK law under the Gambling Act 2005.
The question must be answered correctly before entry is confirmed.
5. Entry Fees
- Entry fees vary depending on the competition and prize value
- All payments must be made via approved online payment methods
- Entry fees are non-refundable unless the competition is cancelled
6. Winner Selection
- The draw date will be clearly displayed on the competition page
- Winners will be selected at random from all correct entries
- Draws may be conducted using random number software or live draw
- Winners will be notified via email or phone
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Prizes
- Prize details are clearly stated on each competition page
- No cash alternative is offered unless explicitly stated
- Prizes will be transferred or delivered within 14–30 days following identity verification
We reserve the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
8. Minimum Entries & Cancellation
If a competition does not reach its minimum required entries, TTCompetitions LTD reserves the right to:
- Extend the competition deadline, OR
- Offer a cash alternative, OR
- Issue refunds to entrants
Details will be clearly stated on the competition listing.
9. Refund Policy
Entry fees are non-refundable except:
- If the competition is cancelled
- Where required by law
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 days.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Technical failures
- Website downtime
- Payment provider errors
- Incorrect contact details provided by entrants
11. Data Protection
TTCompetitions LTD complies with UK GDPR and data protection legislation.
Personal data will only be used to:
- Administer competitions
- Contact winners
- Send marketing (if consent provided)
- Prevent fraud
12. General
We reserve the right to amend these Terms where necessary for legal or regulatory reasons.
